Damn man, sorry u feel this way.. in my exp the mods here are quick and efficient when it's something of importance.
Little stuff like getting trades jacked n stuff, try to not publicize if you want something just pm. Were relied on to police ourselves on that front also, its gonna happen, stuff like that just does.
Few years back I got scammed pretty bad like 4k for some hrs, and i had a moderator with me for an hour until they got all they needed and a ban was put up immediately, so I can say they do take it serious from my experience.
It's probably just your like.. perception, man on most of it I wouldnt take it too personally.

yes i kind of do take it personally, i guess it bothers me to see people break the rules non stop to try and get an edge on the rest of us that follow the rules.
i will agree, the things i mentioned, as you stated, are of minor importance in the grand scheme of things.
