Okay if a computer keeps on going black for no reason, then its a driver issue on your PC, do you have AMD or Nvidia?

eitherway use this https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

it will wipe NVIDIA or amd drivers for your PC, and allow windows update to locate your drivers for the graphic card.

Okay best way would be to check which drivers you have actually installed, so right click on your windows icon and go device manager from there select display adapter, should say AMD or Nividia, use the software to complete wipe and restart, then make sure you go to the website for either AMD or Nvidia and download the automatic driver download.

This is helpful, thank you

What about the computer I have that is freezing up, what could possibly fix this? Besides a rollback....a software update is what caused it to start freezing

Could be a heat sink issue if its freezing, and going to blue screen.
How old are the machines, are they desktops, or laptops?

If a computer started to freeze due to a software update, simply uninstall that software update or rollback it, unfortunately microsoft updates are always hit and miss, may i ask which update did it do to cause this issue?
