No, because blizzard misslead players with item affixes. So if you are not focusing on ball lightning, okun's wont give you much and aspect is better.

tldr: multiplicative damage > everything in this game.

I use okuns and just swap to legendary focus for pits.
Okuns allowing u to cast balls while walking/ casting evident or teleport is so much worth in the normal t4 world. Still everything one shot

Yup.
I use okuns for boss/tides/nmd and up to like level 65-75ish pits then you need increasing levels of def/damage.

Also heavily dependant on good sanc as you push pits.
