What's to navigate, really?
You can post screenshots and ask in here, I can give a brief explanation of things!
Basically though...
Posts -> This is for articles and/or blogposts, they can be embeded in your wordpress frontend (aka what users see).
Pages -> These are the pages people browse, you can edit each respective page here in any manner you want!
Appearance -> In this tab you can change some template settings (customize button) for the theme you use. You can also change theme (theme button) and work with the various different menus (in the menu button).
