I'm always against STR on circlets because of swaping. never know when you need that Kira's, etc.
I know i'm in the minority, but FRW is not a good 6th stat compared to others.

the 19str isn't appealing to me and it's sad that it's 19str. at minimum you want 22str so you can run a 10fcr/5str/60life/9rep ring and hit the 27str req for nec's at lvl 99
