It's preferable though, I don't want fried brown edges on my over medium but I want the whites cooked all the way.
Some people want those crispy brown edges on a super runny egg...
I can't coach you on what to do unless I know the end result.

I 100% prefer Sunnyside BUT only if the cook doesnt suck and actually steams the top. When I order Sunnyside and then you get raw egg white on top its blech. Slimy bullshit.

I can respect that, putting a lid on it to cook the top with steam.

no stick, no overly cooked.

whats the process, whats the pan?

If you have a non stick pan. Just put it on med to high heat and wait for it to get hot. Crack that mf egg in there. Avoid breaking the yolk or you might as well scramble it. I like eggs just about anyway you can make them. If you've managed to Crack the egg into the pan yellow part still a circle. Grab some salt. Kosher preferably. And some coarse ground o4lr fresh ground black pepper. Season to taste. Once the clear part is mostly gone and turned white. Flip the egg. Again avoiding to break the yolk. If the yolk is broken you get a hard fried egg. If you've managed to flip the egg without the yellow stuff running out. Wait 5 to 10 seconds and plate the egg. Keep in mind of a thing called residual heat. The product no matter what it is continues to cook for a time after taken away from whatever heating device you are using. If you have a stainless pan put a small amount of unsalted butter. A pad of butter I guess id call it and a small amount of the cooking oiling of your choice. Not extra virgin olive oil ffs. Thats for making salad dressings n shit. Anyways enjoy the eggs bruh. When in doubt.. keep it simple

/e professionally I avoid cooking eggs at all costs

In my personal opinion runny eggs are for dipping bread and meat. The longer you cook them the less they mesh with other ingredients amd become their own thing. Nobody is getting two runny eggs without other things on the plate. But you might add scrambled eggs to another breakfast plate. Idk. Breakfast is easily the best type of food.. im just not a morning person. Tm I will be cooking breakfast. Sadly.
