. You are dime a dozen line cook . I know everything about you already . Id cut the interview short if it even made it that far . I can tell you have burn out and a Shitty attitude. You replicate the same shit you were shown how to but bring no creativity of your own. you show up for a pay check but there is no passion . You’re stuck in the “ it’s my Monday “ and “ thank god it’s Friday “ employee mode . You talk about being an exec chef but you never pull the trigger . You’re afraid of the next step . You’ll never be anything better than what you are now . You’re capped out . Hit a wall in pay. You answer to a boss . Clock out , hit up the same store on the way home or the local dive bar . Drink shit beer and play video games till 3am . Wake up at noon and repeat .
Now ask yourself , are you a professional cook or a wage slave bitch who works 18 hours a day and has nothing to show for it while the owners buy a new luxury suv and give you a pizza party at the end of the year for your hard work .
