i know pvp trapper main claw BIS is 2/3/30,40 ias/2 or 3/3/40 2os GTs

What do people end up socketing them with? Assuming 15/15 jewel for IAS BP, what for second jewel 7 FHR, life rep, All res?

40ias + 2x 15/15 = 70ias = counter 10% slow from arach

What if said someone is poor and can only afford 30 IAS gts

You need 55 ias to beat arach slow 45ias is max trap laying speed

So 55-10=45

Just 1 ias jewel and u can use a life rep jewel

oh ok i didnt know if arachs 10% slow had some magical equation, didnt know it was as simple as -10% to ias. so if i have a 30IAS GT i need 2x 15/15 jewels

Arach is -10 Eias, not -10ias
You need 63 ias to beat it

This would be an expensive mistake.

With a 30ias -30wsm claw, your 2nd os should be a facet (if rules allow) or just a good defensive stats jewel (res, life, mana, fhr, etc)

Lose 15 res but still get the 63 ias bp with arach slow.

Yeah it’s an option

But 50% slows are also fairly common (HF, impale, clay golem, decrep, stacked gear)
Sadly you lose another frame at 65 ias compared to 70.
