From my perspective, i am more than 90% certain this jewel is : Dmg%/Defense/Str/Dex.
And accounting that rare jewel has a max possibility of 30% dmg this means the shield have a minimum of 62% dmg base / 65% being perfect. This is guestimating that the jewel would be 30

Correct, this jewel has dmg base 100%. We just don't know if its 27-30%, 30 being perfect ed.

One would only assume hopefully a 30ed jewel was used meaning the base is more likely 62% rather than 65%. Just my opinion tho

Regardless pretty nice shield, good luck.
