if you get frozen by an enemy then hfd is never worth it, and if they dont have freeze u dont need it

1) there was no target bot farming in d2r for lld making lld items more
difficult to obtain - which is why pricing in lld can be very fucked at points. some jewels and rings are more expensive than hld jewels and rings. this is why some 5 modders are insane to llders and are trophies due to this major constraint that you are completely clueless about.

2) if there was target farming it would be via gambling for circs, with 0 focus for lld

3) your statement on why hfd vs cbf, there’s only 2 ways of getting cbf in lld - 1) spirit shroud 2) deaths belt which are both less optimal than running hfd with 75 cr, which is 2.5 second cold length but with hfd it’s 1.25 seconds and that’s if the enemy has max cold check. and probably something else you have 0 clue about which is mdr bug. most llders don’t run cold check because of mdr bug. meaning the other time you are getting cold check is via cold
sorc or druid with hurricane.
