Ive heard swimming is the best work out. Works every muscle but getting buff upper body? Then yeah, push ups and pull ups.

Also, prefer a FN 9mm. But its just whatever feels best to you.

Need to add that the 365 isn't the one nessisarily going off unprovoked but whole brand got a bad taste after those incidents
