I am playing Hammer Build.
Trying to figure out what Sanctify bonuses are the best. If there is any ranking system, or a tier list of some kind.

I've gotten few items with + Holy Damage %, but is that BIS or should i keep trying new items for that slot?

A lot of builds will have sections like {See screenshot} built into it. However, for Hammerdin, if you're using the Hammerkuna build he doesn't because the build doesn't scale well even with "bis" sanctifications. The build itself will max out around 110, and you should look to "bis" build an Arbiter build for pushing. If all you're doing is 100s and flying through the T4 and whatnot content, don't stress it. Holy Damage is great, but if you can get Grandfather to Sanctify on an item, or an aspect that gives you more damage, keep it. I'm a big fan of the "item level quality" increases and trying to get that elusive crit that gives me 50 item levels. However, if I got Holy Damage, I'd be happy too.
