We're talking about a stadium move that is still 5 or 6 years from now. With a guy who is 31 next season coming off a torn ACL and LCL who's best years are behind him anyway. Mahomes has regressed in recent seasons and it doesn't look like that's gonna suddenly change.

Mahomes has a lot of career left. It was a freak injury on a dirty tackle from behind when he didn't even have the ball 🤷♂️. Mahomes is very good at positioning himself to absorb contact and avoid injury - obviously he wasn't prepared to do that given it was from behind and he didn't have the ball.
