Is there a max stack limit? I was trying to stack 200 of each yellows and just afk Azamo for a day or so.

Found a way to get more than 20 of the corrupted items.
You can keep killing the boss and opening the chest, but dont pick up the corrupted items. Belial is easiest to get bunch of mats since he drops 5 each time.
