I've heard you could get any item you wanted on regular d2, but it seems that time has passed and I doubt it would be the same for d2r... I found posts on Google from this site of you saying that they changed the way you were getting items in 2017, so I doubt *you* can get items like this anymore.

Though if I'm wrong, I'd love for anyone to see this item in game... But I doubt that'll happen and the topic will be closed like the other diadem was for zero proof of it existing.
