I like how lec went 20% ds only in the weapon so he can wear rends and a bitter badge vortex. Kinda like a smiters deadly strike numbers with only highlords and gores.

So technically yall can almost kill him if you go steel rends and just get ias from gear. So your 0 ias eth 2 os isn’t trash technically.
