2os could be on that orb, retaining all of the mods. but that would be a 100k+ fg orb
the only ones existing that are 2os and full blown out mods are considered (imports) rolled using methods that are patch now

But its still possible to get 2/20/3/3/2os with rep or life/mana

I wish it was 1 orb 3 blizzard instead, but I can kinda see the usefulness of it if you don't want a hard point in orb.

It's not amazing or BIS or anything, but just looks like something to mess around with sometimes in duels.

I do prefer cold orb to blizzard, the attack ranges of frozen orb is so broad. This make it unique in its own

A great frozen orber with a dcent energy shield is hard to beat, you will be chasing long before you can do anything to it. Getting striked everytime you come close

Have you done the calcs to see what would do more damage for orb? 1 hard point + fathom or your orb? I would assume fathom would do more for blizzard AND orb, but I suppose that doesn't matter much to you, because I have a feeling it's more of a style points thing right? Because every cold sorc has fathom.
