Did they change these? Do they award everybody now and there's no (united) tag for party ones?

They no longer grant guaranteed mythics. It's hit or miss. I just ran 10 and obtained 2-3 mythics. Seemed about the same for my party members as well. 2-3/10

the entire party has the same % chance to obtain a mythic.

AFAIK Ascendance has always had about a 25% mythic drop chance. So your results sound about the same as past seasons.

I got 5 out of 9 runs, figured it was more like 50% chance.

I’ve had pretty good luck on mine as well but it’s still rng and the handful of runs most of us “normal” folks do is an extremely small sample size. Most of the streamers who’ve run hundreds have reported it seems to be about a 25% chance.

Hot take, I think streaming and Youtube videos ruin games. In my brain, I want to go and watch the latest video in how to optimize and prep for the coming goblin event. In reality, I couldn't give a shit less about it because I can already do all of the content. But for the fact that the streamers came out with the videos on youtube teaching people how to "Make best use of this time", I wouldn't have the FOMO for having a job.

They dont guarantee but you'll make a lot of them after lvlin up your azmo gifts. Far better than a prankster bait. I had double mythic drops form them 2 times already.
