Hi, my friend created a new account and they didnt asked for the fg password, when he try to log in it say passwork incorrect, when he click on forgot password he get not email(the email is a gmail)

anyone know how to resolve it and how he can fix it

edit : account got confirmed and he loged on whit the ID USER and validation code

but after he disconnect he couldnt log again due to password issue
