Surely something right?

Blizzard got out of their way and ignored Tuesday, they release their new Season simultanously to PoE2's new Season + new Class, which seems to be really dumb, so I wonder: Why?

The only reasonable explanation is, imho, a Shadow Drop at the Game Awards.

Maybe a new class ready for the new season directly after the show?

What do you guys think?

No idea if these are legit, but if they are and represent a new DLC named after Mephisto himself it would make a lot of sense.

But it wouldnt explain the weird season starting date.
They surely wouldnt shadowdrop a whole DLC without a proper marketing campaign, so it still seems like a semi-smart move.

The logo reads "Lord of Hatred" - which is a fat spoiler. Sonone wpuld think it should have been covered.

They will announce second xpac and paladin, not really a surprise but no doubt it will build up some hype for d4.

What would bring me straight into the upcoming season would be the Paladin.
If its not part of the xpac but part of this season.

Agree, that's the main thing for debate right now. I would even say, if they put paladin in season start tomorrow - it will be super smart.

But last class was released with first expansion, and modern blizzard just needs to sell more copies, lol. So the answer probably is "no".
