Depends what you need...
2x pruby... 2x shael if you need the fhr and yours doesn't have base fhr, cham Lo, Lo ber... Pruby + shael... but remember you have cyclone armor, so stuff that helps against elemental damage won't be as helpful, but some still do it, even if it's not the best choice available.
But most 2/3/2os pelts I've seen use 2x pruby or 1x pruby and 1x shael.
Remember you can makeup the 44fhr elsewhere (55 from spirit automatically, so some prefer to get 2x shael for 40fhr then a 7fhr jewel in their sbranch to hit 99)
More life is always amazing for any reason. It super depends on your charms too and if you're going for max block...
Also depends if you're 163/99 or 99/99... But generally you just want the rubies.
