Yes you're absolutely right about that! I just gotta get my mind and my body settled down enough to where I can follow through with that! These days I have the attention span of a gnat! :lol:
Are you doing things already that helps your body to settle down?
Some stuff that helps me:
Switching to listening to comedy podcasts in the evening 1-2h hours before going to sleep. Winds me down and is not too stimulating
Ramping stimulation down during evening before that to things that arent too stimulating
Lessening multitasking like listening to music while doing things
Black out curtains in bedroom
Cutting or lessening caffeine
Cutting down highly stimulating entertainment
Asking yourself what would make me truly more at ease atm?
If it was easy to make me calmer atm what would it look like?
Positive thinking: What is good in your life atm? What is something nice and healthy you have done recently? What are things you look forward in future? I like to do these in the evening
