this is the kind of temp wand a sorc would use during the first few days of the season before finding a shard.

I disagree about that, there are many ways to build an endgame sorc using a wand like that.
Im sure it has some value, thats the reason i posted it.. but im using shard myself, cause its cheap for build a sorc using shard.
