My main monitor connected to the DP always flashes few times when i turn on the one side monitor which is also through DP , powering the third monitor which is througj HDMI doesnt cause my main Monitor to flash !
i have been told that the main monitor flashing problem is because it connected through DP same as the other side monitor is and both get in conflict !
It it true that to avoid that i need to get a “active DisplayPort → HDMI adapter”. , so the side monitor to think it is plugged into an HDMI and that will prevent the flashing on my main monitor

You can set this through your GPU settings and from setting primary display this should fix that issue. You should use an adapter, which would also resolve this issue. Do you only have 2 dp slots and 2 hdmi slots? Could try an dp to hdmi adapter since different signal and keep dp on primary.

Best solution is an adapter if you are always going to use 3 monitors.

2 DP and 1 HDMi ports and no , all the settings in the GPU is done correctly , the main monitor is prime , it flashes 2-3 times once i turn on the side monitor which is also through DP and then all is good , but i dont want that flaahing

so i guess i should get that adapter and it will fix that flashing , right? Yes the 3 monitors are used all the time
