Cuz that addict knows they are a threat. Hence he agitates against it.
Wish he'd take care of his 14 kids instead of trying to do Satan's work.

He's correct in his conclusion, but let's not act like he's arriving at this conclusion because he's coming from a principled position - he's butthurt that the EU slapped a hefty fine on him, that's pretty much all there is to it.

I do not want the EU to become the arbiter of speech on the internet, but neither do I want all that power exclusively in the hands of the Silicon Valley giants.

no he is saying that cause it is true. I always said the same, all nations should leave the eu union, it is too corrupt and takes too much decisions over the head of governments and people of nations.. Forced mass migration on everyone for one thing that has ruined the welfare systems cause for some reason it has been given direct access to plunder and pillage these security systems, built up by generations, for foreigners to suddenly come first in line and just steal, costing crazy amounts of money and security for indigenous populations no longer any guarantees. not to mention all the crimes, victims that has payed for the treason in more than one way..

https://www.politico.eu/article/europe-belgium-hungary-ukraine-loan-war-russia-funds-finances/

In a nice functional EU democratic society and also an accelerationist measure towards the future collapse of the european union-
EU officials are now threatening Belgium with a plan to coerce them into taking on the risk of stealing Russian assets, by stealing Belgian assets.
The EU itself is too chicken to violate Russia's sovereignty but they're willing to violate Belgium's sovereignty to force them to pick a fight with Russia

Quote
The message to Belgium is that if it does not come on board, its diplomats, ministers and leaders will lose their voice around the EU table. Officials would put to the bottom of the pile Belgium's wishlist and concerns related to the EU's long-term budget for 2028–2034, which would cause the government a major headache, particularly when negotiations get into the crucial final stretch in 18 months' time.
Its views on EU proposals will not be sought. Its phone calls will go unanswered, the diplomat said.
...
But those floating the idea have a warning: The most significant benefit conferred by EU membership to countries around the bloc is solidarity. By forcing some member countries to carry the financial burden of supporting Ukraine alone, the bloc risks a serious split at its core.
Germany in future may not choose to prop up a failing bank in a country that doesn't stump up the cash for Kyiv now, the thinking goes.
"Solidarity is a two-way street," a diplomat said.
For sure, there is another way — but only in theory. De Wever's fellow EU leaders could band together and pass the “reparation loan” plan via so-called qualified majority voting, ignoring Belgium’s rejections and just steamrollering it through. But diplomats said this is not being seriously considered.

Yeah maybe we were better off with Europe being a bunch of feuding nation states that band up to kill each other once in a while, at least they had some balls

https://www.euronews.com/my-europe/2025/12/11/eu-triggers-emergency-clause-to-indefinitely-immobilise-russian-assets

Feeling the creeping dissension and opportunity for a resolution of the Ukraine War, the EU has doubled down on blatantly undemocratic and authoritarian methods to try to scuttle the peace
The current excuse for freezing Russian assets rather than stealing them outright has been an unanimous sanction agreed by all member states, subject to veto by any EU member
Now the EU heads simply bypassed the parliament and gave themselves unlimited emergency powers to indefinitely hold those assets despite the text they cite having dick all to do with it
And the new article usage says they can keep their emergency powers with a 'qualified majority from member states'

Quote
1. Without prejudice to any other procedures provided for in the Treaties, the Council, on a proposal from the Commission, may decide, in a spirit of solidarity between Member States, upon the measures appropriate to the economic situation, in particular if severe difficulties arise in the supply of certain products, notably in the area of energy.

2. Where a Member State is in difficulties or is seriously threatened with severe difficulties caused by natural disasters or exceptional occurrences beyond its control, the Council, on a proposal from the Commission, may grant, under certain conditions, Union financial assistance to the Member State concerned. The President of the Council shall inform the European Parliament of the decision taken.

They've interpreted "may grant Union financial assistance to Ukraine" as "may seize Russia's sovereign assets and hold them indefinitely", which is of course 100% pure legal jumble and not even a fig leaf of pretense by a bunch of bureaucrats who no longer even care if they have a shred of legitimacy
The EU needs to fucking die already, its a mockery of democracy at this point;

Quote
On Wednesday, Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever cast doubt over the suitability of Article 122 and the existence of an economic emergency to justify its activation.
"This is money from a country with which we are not at war," De Wever said, speaking to reporters at the Belgian parliament. "It would be like breaking into an embassy, taking out all the furniture, and selling it."
In response to the criticism, a Commission spokesperson said that it was "reasonable" to argue that Russia's war has gravely endangered the European economy as a whole and that, as a result, Article 122 was an appropriate legal basis.
"If you look at how the situation would be without the war, you would certainly see a more prosperous economic situation in Europe," the spokesperson said.
