d2 lod -- just started playing again after a little while, and I'm getting realm down after leaving every single game.

I'm familiar with some of the new restrictions implemented last few years, and I'm putting 5-8 minutes in between games. I'm not on a vpn, proxy, or using a hack etc.

When I put 10-15+ mins into a game, I can leave a game without being disconnected for 5 minutes, but anything shorter than that and I get it.

When you quit a game, dont click anything for a few seconds
Like a cooldown time, before exiting to character selection screen and or re-opening game toggle to view public games

This will work, you will see. If you click something right after exiting game you will be lost connection kick-out or realm down we all get the same glitch
Its the servers that are going bad and has no maintenance, they know the problem but just ignoring it

The last time i got a realm down its been years, i play everyday of the week. 7/7
Try out my method of giving it a small cooldown of a few seconds before touching anything again. You will see for yourself

Ive been given so many thank you for explaining this to my friends. They all experienced realm down and kick-out

you are doing nothing wrong i have delays active and i too am getting realm downs so its server side. when you see a realm down immediately stop and allow the cdkeys to rest for about 2 hours if they happen again rest for 24. why should you be so very very careful??? because this is how you get 2.5 million wait in line by pushing the system even if its a broken system. the realm down is a warning.

Your right, its not new from today but back in times we never experience this. The server was doing just fine
My feeling is that its a way for blizz to counter the bots clicking and re-making new games too fast. By kicking them out (handing temp realm down if repeated)

Thats just my view of the thing, or it could be just that the server lack maintenance

This only happens in east servers. When you are in chat lobby, do NOT click until you see the battle.net news updated:
december 5 2017 etc or wait around 10 seconds.

west is having realm down and account disconnections with cdkey in use

This has worked. From years of playing I have a habit of just rushing through everything. Instead I take the 3-5 seconds for the battle net writing to appear on the left side, and now I'm not disconnecting.
