Jah in wiz does absolutely nothing for you.
Ignore target defense on works against regular mobs, which are already super easy to hit.
It doesn’t work against the 3 seal bosses and diablo, which are your only 4 targets.
Anyway you have infinity on merc, which reduces def by 83%, so you can normally achieve 95% hit chance with very low ar, and you get more than what you need from enchant.

You seem confused about how -res works…
Infinity is -85 (not 75) but it’s only -17 vs immunes.
-35 from cmoon is still -35 vs immunes.
This is why it’s so good.
35/17=2.06x more (not 1/3)

And cmoon also allows you to kill high density if regular mobs with all that extra light pen, paired with your static (both proc’d on attack and cast) and pulse dmg and higher tstorm dmg.

You say you dropped your 60ias armor?
Then you need 50ias from gear to reach 10fpa with wiz.
You would only need 30ias from gear if you were using the very superior cmoon option.

I also don’t understand why you value mf% so much if you do the chaos seal pop trick. You get ~95% of drops from zero mf anyway.

You get to 63fcr from:
Viper
Arach
15+fcr amy (if using ias gloves)
Or mages (if using HL)

And you get the missing 10ias from a 15ias jewel in viper to reach 10fpa more easily than if you were using wiz.

You don’t need enigma. Everything has low str req. Use a 3es cta staff on swap. Viper is what you need.

You end up with more of everything, for less than the price of the jah you wasted in wiz.

enigma is nice because of 14 life per kill on it ...

And because breakpoint is 50% ias (roughly) i didnt need ias from armor if using 30% ias breakpoint, so thats why i dont use skullders

And highlords is nice ... but looses 35% mf from my ammy :(

I went for highest mf with jah'd wiz spike hitting 63% fcr breakpoint ...

I can clear shenk + eldritch + mephisto + diablo in under 3 minutes roughly for all 4x

So far i only timed chaos but i've been hitting steady runs in under 1:30

And i know jah doesnt effect the super bosses or diablo ... but it works on everything else which is still nice :)

Sometimes clearing 2-3 mobs to get to the unique is worth the jah

Its hard to click on the super boss when he in a pack .... jah rune clears the monsters in one hit if you mis-click which is fairly common

Crescent moon works, its fast, and has higher aura steady damage ... but has nothing else gg on it like fcr or resists

I made a crescent moon and tried it ... i prefer jah'd wiz spike

And i gave out about 10x jah runes and open socket wiz spikes ... if you missed my thread i'm sorry but jah is fairly cheap and wiz spike is fairly common...

You could basically be nk with just dual dream and jah'd wiz spike... rest of gear doesnt matter much... as long as you used resist sc's lol and two 10% plain fcr rings lvl 3




edit --- its been a while since i looked up what lvl 12 conviction aura does ... your right its -85% lightning resist ... but crescent moon is only -35% and because infinity is -85% the -35% more from crescent moon is less than 1/3 more damage because -85% and -120% is not that much difference :(

From math its only 21.97% more damage to use a crescent moon

When diablo dies in 3 hits with wiz spike, crescent moon would still take 3 hits because 21.97% is less than a full swing difference

the static field is a good selling point... but you already play sorceress you already have static if you needed it =/ so i think its a moot point

50% fcr / 75% resist and load up on straight mf gear seems a lot better to me to mf with than using vipermagi or arach or magefists to make up for the difference

Every piece of equipment i use has mf% on it except wiz spike ... i could ist it if only doing chaos runs but because i like to clear whole maps i jah'd it and thought it was very much better to play

The only thing i haven't tried is cows, and don't really want to try it because then i'd just use my jav zon

I have done successfull mephisto / diablo / baal / shenk / pindle / edritch / trav / andy with very fast precision and high mf%

I was suprised i could do baal so easily, but it was pretty easy even wave 5

Hard to join games with that many people in it


It's not hard. You just need to shadow baal runs. You can clear Chaos + Dia faster than they can get to Throne + kill all waves. Now you're farming P8.

Just got the pleasure of solo'ing the hardest monster in the game, diablo's clone for an anni :) and it happened to roll 10/10/10 :) kinda happy with that

This build is almost too powerful for pvm, its very survivable, and one shots everything in game basically... and what is a little harder with static field is still ez pz
