Where I'm from in Georgia, it snows a little bit like once every 5 years. I'm like right on the line where it snows/doesn't snow.

It's kinda cool because we always make a big deal about it and cherish it.

In theory, yes. Otherwise, absolutely not. Where I live, we don't have the infrastructure to deal with icy/snow conditions... aka the government sucks at preparing and refuses to do so year after year.

Don't mind the snow, not a big fan of the shoveling and new-Canadians who can't drive in the snow.
