You can gamble 2 resplendant sparks at the blacksmith however, if you wish to craft a specific mythic item such as Shroud of False death, if you have Vassel of hatered expansion and you have finished the campaign then you will be able to directly craft such Shroud, Crest, Starless and Predition as your build requires... Now go learn about crafting or ask AI.
