Good morning. I hope you have a nice weekend. And I'm going to do 200 sit-ups (ab crunches) to burn off the calories.
I didn't eat that much yesterday. I had gotten a small plate of turkey but I did overdo it with the sides. No problem anyway.
Probably gained two pounds total. I've lost 42 since August.I'll make sure to shed those two pounds, and then some, today.
