Stroud is coming back for Sunday's game at Indianapolis. He's expected to officially clear the concussion protocol tomorrow.

The only concern would be if Stroud suffers another concussion. He missed three games with this last one. His rookie season he had missed two games with a concussion. If you suffer a second concussion in one season you're likely out a month. A concussion for Stroud seems to take longer to come back from than other quarterbacks. Only six games left in the season. But Davis Mills is a nice fallback option. He went 3-0 as a starter and the Texans defense is good enough to keep them in every game.

The last 5 games against the Chiefs, your team has given up 33 points on average, and gone 0-5.

We own you. We own you more than any team in the Mahomes era.

Dallas still probably hung over from popping the corks on their superbowl (Eagles)

KC by at least 50, maybe 60 today.

Chiefs will win by 20+

Maybe not?

Well losing 2 more offensive linemen in the first quarter definitely didn't help (both tackles)

Dawg you haven't won a postseason game since Jay Cutler was your QB, maybe sit this one out?

Jesus Christ the Bengals are going to kill Burrow twice in a season aren't they? This is football malpractice.

BTW last 5 games against the Texans, Chiefs are 5-0 averaging 33 points a game :hail:

Yeah but the playoff game last January was interesting. Chiefs led 13-12 going to the 4th quarter. Texans should've led 19-13 but Ka'imi Fairbairn missed two field goals and an extra point. Special Teams let the Texans down in that divisional round playoff game. The difference was Mahomes hit Kelce for a couple big passing plays including a Touchdown. One of the drives was extended by a controversial 'roughing the passer' penalty. I thought Will Anderson Jr. hit Mahomes cleanly on the third down incompletion.

And the game before that at Kansas City (the 2024 regular-season game) the Texans had a chance to tie it in the second half. On the play Tank Dell suffered a gruesome injury on the Touchdown catch. And Ka'imi missed the extra point. Only thing is we don't have Joe Mixon and obviously no Tank Dell. Haven't had either playmaker all season long. Joe Mixon is a Top 5 power back. Tank Dell is an excellent route runner.

If the Texans had Joe Mixon and Tank Dell they're not 6-5 right now. All 5 of their losses were by one score. They likely win at least 3 of them. 9-2 right now IMO. The 14-9 loss at Rams, 20-19 loss to Buccaneers and the 18-15 loss to Broncos. No doubt in my mind the Texans would've won those three games specifically if they had just Joe Mixon. Much less Tank Dell.

I'm not reading all of that. you write too much.

Texans are a team with no offense, and you will not beat an offensive team without an offense, even with the best defense.
