family always bonded well. we all have our political views but those stop being more important than family. its sad to see families torn apart.

one of my stories
my most famous thanksgiving
i like to think this happened over ?10 years ago when i was still drinking.
i was sitting in the living room at my baby sisters house. some of the family also sitting around chatting.
and their german shepherd sitting close to me.
i was looking at the big ol snoz on that dog and i was looking at my empty cup. i started making mental calculations .......the size of the shepherds snoz and the inside space of the cup.
and then with out thinking i put the cup on the dogs snoz. perfect or near perfect fit. :)
what happened next.........
the dog flipped out went into panic mode. knocked over baby sisters wine glass which went to the floor and shattered, red wine all over white carpet.
mom got angry my little sister got angry things kinda tense for a while
thankfully baby sister and her husband blamed the dog
carpet cleaned up real nice. eventually everyone forgot about it.
and the rest of the day i won every argument :) haha
