some fancy flavored whip cream
and crystallized ginger

Happy Thanksgiving. I hope your day is a great one. I'm about to take a shower and eat a small plate.
Because I've been doing so well losing weight since August. 42 pounds total lost. I'm feeling good today.
Even with the temptation of a lot of food I'm able to get a small plate. I have the willpower to succeed.
