Really? I'll have to test it then. Boss killing really suck with poison necro.
I used eth up Hone Sundan with ber runes so merc had a lot of crushing blow (and just to have an exotic merc, not another infinity copy pasted merc) and an iron golem made from low infy.

Yeah it was a pain for sure, eth Hone Sundan was my go to as well.

Great for running shit like the pit but bad against bosses.

They are pretty fun and offer a bit more defense if you use summons, but a nova sorc is probably a better option.

Basically necro isnt a boss killer imo. U can certainly optimize for it, but id rather make it good at what it does best - high density areas.
