I can see now why you want to fix it.
Do not beat yourself up over this, it is a very common mistake people make installing cpu's for the first time.

All you can do TRY to bend them back to the same height and hope they make contact.

I do think it is going to be a low chance of recovery. There is no magic fix for this.

yup thats what i really thought.. thats why i didnt bother trying again to run the processor on it.. bought a new one from amzon on its way.
