Read first superior elitist

depends what bases you're looking for. due to the monster density cows are the best for lower lvl bases like cryptic axe but they rarely drop items like sacred armor or vortex shield (which are qlvl 85, meanwhile cows are 81)
for qlvl 85 bases i'd say it's better to farm either chaos sanctuary or worldstone keep or any other 85 lvl area where you face fewer immunes

Oh ok ya I read the pit is also ilvl85. I'll have to see what I can run then cause I dont think my blizzard sorc can solo chaos or wsk atm

Chaos is pretty doable with a very low budget blizz sorc. You just need an act 2 merc (might aura) with a high damage weapon to deal with mages, that are cold inmunes. For example reapers toll, much better if it's eth or an eth elite insight. Make him wear a helm with life leech, vampire gaze, tal rasha mask, ...
