You’ll get hooked after like the first 5 episodes but it’s a lil slow in the beginning

For me it's one of those shows that even though I know everything that happens, I have to pay attention if I watch it. It can't be a in the background show.

true detective is better than breaking bad imo, but only if you ignore everything after the first season, so not really a fair comparison

Fantastic show. I've seen it all the way through at least 3-4 times myself and will probably hit it again soon. Better Call Saul and El Camino are also just amazing. Looking forward to pluribusas it's being hyped to be just as brilliant, hopefully not overhyped but we shall see.

You only need to watch the first season of The Wire.
Hard watch after that, couldn't make it through season 2 maybe the others are better.

My girlfriend didnt want to watch it, but I put it on and she got hooked.
