i wondered if b letter would make a comeback for d2r with no WW hats. but maybe most barbs just hard stat it?

Range on bletter sucks, and yes its hardstatted these days, and more +ww is more mana cost per ww which can add up esp if u get less hits cuz of ur range

ya that range was always a bitch. bl was basically a stat stick that sometimes gave a bit of bonus dmg. but ofc that was when robo was the only other option because eth rep nagas/zweis didnt even exist.
