Gonna get into bubbly jive today. Let’s see if we can conquer those seas aswell!

its a lot more fun, but also mega confusing at first, than tempest. You gotta be fairly optimal to hit marlin time, most ppl say its easier once you get the later boat upgrade

Yea it does look a lot more confusing. I was glad when I reached 51 at tempest and went off to salvaging for 51-55 to relax some. It’s pretty chill too and for afk it’s decent exp imo.

its for sure slow until 30, then tempor 20k xp\hr, bounty tasks at like 50 are 30k xp\hr, jubbly jive at 55 is ~60k xp\hr.

Besides the fact people are just used to skip early levels in any skill and get super efficient leveling methods fast I agree with what Textbook said.
It makes no sense to immediately get to higher levels right after launching the new skill.

Otherwise there would be no point in even developing new content for lower levels.
The xp/level may be ridiculously low comparing to other skills, but you level up at a decent pace and unlock new content constantly.
With new content the xp gain raises as well and you unlock new stuff at an enjoyable pace.

Its just annoying if you just want to max the skill as fast as possible.
But what would be the point in just introducing another skill where you just mindlessly afk at the bank until you are max?

Btw, does the teleport to boat skill work in the way I think it does?

You can teleport from your boat to any bank, unload your inventory and teleport back to your boat where you left it and continue with what you are doing?
As long as you have build the focus on your boat of course?

pret sure ship cargo gets wiped if you teleport ship to a port, and i assume you can only teleport to your ship if its at a port

Hmm, salvage in inv without using cargo should work?

And what happens to your ship when you tele off?
Cang play until montay so no way to test myself.

And isnt everything on UIM uncomfy? Isnt that the general idea?
Normal cargo would basically mean a mobile bank so makes sense it wont work for you?

Ship gets lost when you teleport away from it. You will have to recover it for a small fee and all items in the cargo hold will be gone.

Cargo only holds sailing-related items, so i wouldn't say its quite a bank

I do find the cargo hold quiet annoying to acces on mobile, always needing more then one try to get the interface to show.

Would also like it if the cranes in ports actually would allow to acces your cargo hold.
I find it pretty annoying to always have to enter your boat and then access the cargo and step off it if your are unloading a full cargo of salvage.
