You can't pick something that makes you auto-win such as "The person that has my DNA wins."
That's actually an interesting problem. I'm thinking of something super-niche, but the questions is: are these random people from all around the world? Or from my city?
If from all around the world I would choose a test of knowledge of local (Polish) literature – some specific area, for example a less well-known writer.
