Once again, you incorrectly assert something. Pickpockets don't target low IQ people, they target distracted people (tourists taking pictures and seeing sights).
Believe it or not, its very difficult to discern someone's IQ by sight in a moments notice.
And I mentioned those places as they qualify as "not in the US" to counter the claim that I've never left the US, not that it really matters because the US is pretty fucking spectacular.
