Everytime you connect to battle.net, diablo2 downloads 2 random files , eating up the harddrive
C/User/AppData/Local/D2****.tmpd

Check crash dumps too, and empty it
those are more likely to take up a lot of space depending on app.

some are 100mb+ each (per crash dump and you may have 100s)

Bin them all

Erase all that useless crap. They are about 2mb each but there hundreds of them.
I removed 5GB in the office pc that i barely use d2
