Hey! I play ssf offline fury druid on p5-8. I use current gear:
Lvl 96
Eth Death Decapitator
Metamorphosis
Fortitude
LOH , Gores, SoE
Highlords + Bul Kathos + rare ring
Torch+Anni
CTA + Spirit on Swap

I also run act 5 merc with double hustle + Lawbringer + Cure. I was lucky to find my second "Cham" rune, so i may use it to make a "Pride". Should i swap my act 5 merc for Act 2 merc Might+Pride? Is an increased output damage worth it? Pride is expensive for ssf, so i want to be sure... I also have Eth Reapers, almost perfect. I may use it instead of pride, but i prefer to avoid phys res monsters areas... Also i could use a normal reaper for swap for decrep proc, but, as i say, i prefer to avoid phys res areas, and also i don't like extra skill managment, like switching weapons all the time. So i just use cta+ spirit for prebuff.

Id recommend switching to a2 merc and put on that near perf eth reapers

i dislike for pride

just check a might merc with eth reapers cure hustle - should be better than ur act5 merc...

Won’t do much on shape Druid though cos you can’t reposition him with teleport

But after op said he avoids immune areas and said "pride is expensive for ssf" i replied that way ha

I don't have "Zod" rune, and i doubt, that i'll have it. I found it once in lifetime long ago . So its might merc with reapers, or might merc with pride, i guess.

Use your non-eth reaper on swap, just for the rare occasions you'll see a unique phys immune you wont need to skip it.
You really don't need cta on a shifter with that huge bonus life you get from lycanthropy and metamorphosis.
Waiting for merc to proc decrep on a build that won't be repositioning him with tele is a very sad story.
Might + pride both have a very large radius, that merc is gonna constantly support you even if he runs after you 2 screens away.
You'll swap to reaper side the equivalent of once per the duration of BO if you avoid zones with phys immunes, approximately the same number of swaps as using cta, just way more practical overall

And what about merc set up for ubers? Reapers is better, i suppose..
