high damage 196-297 is prolly the highest damage martel on D2R around 493 total damage but total damage doesnt tell the whole story as minimum is superior to maximum and is going to out perform its maximum damage counterpart basically this martel is superior to and would shit on a 176-317 martel

monster flee is actually quite nice for end game when your in a pack of fector mob in an 8 player game and your soloing a fector or seis seal by yourself and expected to be able to kill it in 3 seconds solo all the minions run from you and your able to focus DPS fector this is a huge time to kill DPS increase that really isnt listed on paper great for 93+ end game when trying to farm diablo exp or mf runs when just wanting to kill and pop the bosses

since monsters flee and your engaging with alot less monsters your durability on your weapon will drain slower lol
