Anyway, I briefly looked up 5G micro chips and what they do, and my understanding is that they are mostly used for tracking movements, not for min-reading. I believe the Agency would love to be able to peer into someone's mind, but the technology is simply not quite there yet. Although it's really hard to say. They keep everything hush-hush, nobody knows how advanced their tech is.
5g it like a tv antenna that sends data at high speeds. even if we could make super small chips that go into a syringe there would be no way to power it i was just poking fun at conspiracy theorist. also 0 reason to chip people when people willingly carry around a phone.
