It's the 20-year-anniversary of this 2005 Jennifer Aniston Heineken commercial.
Apparently it was mostly aired in Europe. In the United States they banned it...
One of the major networks in the US (the CEO) had a conflict with Heineken. LOL

The barbecue in Texas is the best in the world. In fact one of my secrets to losing 35 pounds since my birthday on August 15.
I gave up barbecue completely. I haven't eaten any beef brisket, smoked sausage and chicken fajitas for three months now.

I'll have one cheat day per week. Usually on a Saturday (today for example). But the rest of the days Intermittent fasting. One small meal per day.
