For gifting Steam games, it's very simple.

Both the buyer and seller add each other on Steam. The seller can add the game to his/her cart and select the "This game is a gift" option. The seller can then select the buyer from his/her friends list to send the game to and begin the purchasing process. When I do these, I screenshot the purchase screen and send via chat to confirm. Once the buyer sends the fg, I then complete the purchase and send the confirmation screenshot.

The process is slightly different for Steam balance/digital gift card transactions as you need to be friends with someone on Steam for 3 days before that kind of gift can be sent. Games can be gifted immediately.

That being said, if you want, I can do this for 11,300fg (150fg/$1 rate). Let me know!
