The best realistic jewel given the budget scenario you are in is a 20ed/15max magic jewel

If you decide you want to get cute and get a more expensive one, you still want a 20ed with some combo of min and/or max damage that totals more than 15

But given Eth items without repair or Zod are largely BM, this isn’t a particularly great choice of weapon.

You would be better served using an insight polearm. The critical strike and mediation are great modifiers along with the high damage and then the extra AR% modifiers on it.
