It aint budget i gambled the diadem on nights of terror, rolled the Ice myself and armor did cost me an arm and a leg but not as much as a 100life armor would
You dont really need the resists this is not HC i have enough for me not to get one shotted. burst of speed+alot of frw+dodge,avoid,evade+teleport charges for positioning merc and valky+decoy+one of the best crowd control+delirium helm on merc for confuse curse proc makes it really really hard for you to die

Thats true! Most of the people just equip coh+nightwing+ice and call it a day. Some people use enigma+arach and end up even more mana hungry with a lower ias brakepoint on top of a crappy fcr brakepoint (for ice mb you need 50ias on gear+burst of speed proc for that last machine gun brakepoint!)

faith + hf freeze merc if for some reason i wanted no bases or runes
No faith just hustle on swap for burst of speed proc, Ice has holy freeze aura so merc uses blessed aim+conviction. Im not really sure if i understand what are you even talking about

Haha thank you! Nope its legit, the enchantress did not enchant me in the cow runs but even if she did it wouldnt be a gamechanger. I already got good AR with penetrate, blessed aim and conviction lowering the defense not to mention fire dmg does not add to the cold explosion(even if i had a fire sunder with fire rbfs it wouldnt do jack sht on ice bowazon
)
Same answer goes for BO barb it wouldnt do much but improve my mana pool which is already decent with 7mana per kill
