Budget lol ^^ sad that it always comes down to money. That is why d2 died. You should play the game as it is intended, play it in-game, save your stuff, make ANY build work, you know ... you can play pvp and have fun -without- 50 k fg... it is not necessary.
A good build for this purpose is the bowa.
